These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pgomar.com (the "Site"), operated by PGOS SERVICOS DE MARKETING LTDA ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Nature of the Site

The Site is an editorial recipe publication. It exists to share traditional Czech and Bohemian recipes, cooking notes, and kitchen stories. The Site does not sell goods or services, does not process payments, and does not require the creation of user accounts.

3. Intellectual Property

All original content on the Site, including recipe write ups, descriptions, editorial text, layout, and design, is the property of PGOS SERVICOS DE MARKETING LTDA or its content licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Photography is used under license from its respective providers.

You may print or save individual recipes for your own personal, non commercial use in your own kitchen. Any other reproduction, republication, or distribution of Site content without our prior written permission is prohibited. Recipe ideas and lists of ingredients themselves are part of a shared culinary tradition; our protection extends to the specific expression, wording, and presentation published on this Site.

4. User Communications

If you send us suggestions, corrections, or feedback by email, you grant us a non exclusive, royalty free right to use that feedback to improve the Site, without obligation to you.

5. Accuracy of Content

We take care to test and describe our recipes clearly, but we do not warrant that any recipe, measurement, cooking time, or description is free of errors. Ovens, stoves, ingredients, and hands differ, and your results may differ from ours. Content is provided for general informational purposes only, as described further in our Disclaimer.

6. Third Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third party websites or use third party services such as advertising networks and font or image providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Advertising

The Site may display advertising served by third party networks such as Google AdSense. Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their advertisements. The presence of an advertisement on the Site does not constitute our endorsement of the advertised product or service.
